PRODUCTION
VHP continues to grow its ability to produce more and more parts. We already have the ability to run small jobs to continuous production runs. Whether it’s shipping 100 or 1000 parts to customers within the United States or overseas, our team is committed to deliver quality parts on time to our customers.
From simple parts to more complex parts, VHP is capable of ramping up production at the necessity of all its customers. Our manufacturing processes are also customized to each of our customer’s requirements.
ASSEMBLY
To better service our customers, VHP produces many types of assembly’s and processes to meet customer specs as required. We can complete single unit assemblies as well as multi-unit assemblies.
FINISH REQUIREMENT
VHP works hard to create finishes for each and every single part per customer's need. Plating, Coating, Painting, Bead-blasting and many other finishes are facilitated for Mil-Specs and other specs where required.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
Equipped with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other high end inspection equipment, VHP is able to reverse engineer parts and use a physical part un-accompanied by a print and reproduce it in low or high yield.
MILLING EQUIPMENT
VHP’s has a wide range of CNC’s and milling capabilities that can meet all our customer’s requirements. We provide very high accuracy and repeatability of our parts in the cut of the surfaces, features, tolerance positions, etc. Our equipment and expertise allow us the ability to manufacture parts of various materials, such as Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Delrin, and many others. This also allows us to remove processes at times to keep prices competitive while maintaining our high expectations of accuracy and repeatability.

PROGRAMMING
VHP Machining has the latest MasterCAM software which integrates 3-dimensional design and tooling. Utilizing this, we can not only reduce the programming time, but allows VHP to speed up production time on anything from simple to highly complex parts. This also allows us to manufacture parts for all our customers with short lead times as well as at highly competitive prices.
